1. Make a Restore Point
2. Make sure Test Mode is ON
Open Command Prompt as administrator, and copy:
bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON
if you wanna turn test mode off, copy
bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF
3. Go to c: windows/boot/resources
copy the bootres.dll you want, and replace the older one
(if you dont have permission to perform this action, install Take Ownership, then, right click on the old bootres.dll and take ownership; right click on the resources folder also)
4. Restart and be happy
Customized Bootres.dll megapackage:
Take Ownership windows 8
Take Ownership windows 7, vista
